A fresh start

Day 1

SW: 150

Food
  • Atkins snack bar- 3 net carbs
  • Half a bag of steamers green beans with butter- 6 net carbs
  • Burger with slice of cheese and onions- 2 net carbs
  • 3 bottles of water
Total: 11 net carbs


Today is the first day of getting my body back. I feel more dedicated than ever and I'm excited for the change! I have become an extreme binge eater and I've put on a good 15 pounds within the last year. I figured a low carb diet would be great for me because I can still eat whatever I want (in moderation) just as long as my carb count is low (preferably under 20 net carbs). I plan on weight training and doing some cardio as well. Having this blog will help me to keep up with what I eat as well as to have something to report to every day so I'm less likely to stray from my diet. Here goes nothin!
