  • 1/4 lbs sausage- 2 net carbs
  • 2 scrambled eggs in butter- 0 carbs
  • Atkins snack bar- 3 net carbs
  • Piece of gum- 1 net carb
  • Cheese quesadilla with sour cream on low carb tortilla- 6 net carbs
  • 3 bottles of water
Total: 12 net carbs


Happy to see some progress from just one day! I'm pretty hungry but feeling determined. It hasn't been that hard to stick to 20 net carbs and even though the 3 lbs loss is just water, it's a huge motivation! Hopefully I'll start including exercise soon after I've gotten a little more accustomed to the diet.
