  • 3 scrambled eggs (Waffle house)- 0 carbs
  • 3 sausage patties (Waffle house)- 1 net carb
  • Diet coke- 0 carbs
  • Atkins snack bar- 3 net carbs
  • Monster zero sugar - 2 net carbs
  • Piece of gum- 1 net carb
  • Burger with cheese and onions- 2 net carbs
  • 1/2 cup broccoli and cheese- 6 net carbs
  • 2 bottles of water
Total: 15 net carbs


A little disappointed that the scale stayed the same, but I just have to keep at it! We'll see how the diet soda and energy drink affects the scales, but I was seriously craving some caffeine today.
